Well I’ve been smoking for a littl eunder 5 years, I never over did it and just recently i’ve been noticing a problem.
I was wondering if I quit right now is it possible to get back into athletic shape again? Where I can run and continue to practice martial arts.
I’m pretty sure I dont have cancer or anything Im just wondering.
