I Quit Smoking And I Am Trying To Eat Healthier But I Keep Gaining Weight. How Do I Stop It?


I quit smoking almost 3 months ago, I am gaining weight and have been going to the bathroom alot less. I am trying to eat a lot of fiber, prune juice, less carbs, green tee, alot of water and not eating after 7pm. Why am I still gaining weight? How do I stop it? Please help!

How Can I Quit Smoking And Keep On Track With It Without Starting Again?


I have been trying to quit smoking for months now and I always manage to buy cigarettes. I keep making excuses for myself which leads me to buy them and I always feel left out from a group of people who are smoking and I’m not. I have the gum and went one week without buying cigarettes but I still scabbed smokes. I really want to quit for my healths sake.
